Requests for the mortgage leads credits for invalid leads
must be submitted no more than 2 working days of receipt of
the invalid lead.
ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR CREDITS:
1) Wrong Criteria filter: The submitted leads is not as per
the criteria filters agreed before the start of the campaign.
2) Wrong customer details - The customer details information
sent across are wrong or fudged.
3) Bad Phone Numbers: The lead sent to you contains an invalid
or incomplete telephone number.
4) Incorrect data entries: If we discover any incorrect entries
in your query, thus causing you to receive leads not matching
your query.
5) Rate quoted, free give away or pushy sales: This is completely
against our customer solicitation policy. Any lead generated
through the pushy sale effected by the telemarketer will be
eligible to return.
6) Bogus Lead – Any bogus lead found to be generated
and shipped to you will be immediately returned back. No questions
asked.
* All requests for the credit will be reviewed by our Quality
Staff. The requested credits are verified by speaking to the
prospect. The quality department will do due diligence by
hearing the vox files of the conversation prospect had with
the telemarketer.
UNACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR CREDIT:
1. Prospect goes shopping for the mortgage refinance with
other lenders. Customers do their due diligence and may shop
before they go for a particular deal.
2. Prospect was initially interested but later changed mind
regarding the deal. Nobody has control in case the customer
looses interest in going for mortgage deal.
3. Any bad lead needs to be returned within 2 working days.
Any lead which is asked to be credited after 2 working days
will not be accepted.
4. Any criteria fulfilling live transfer hitting the answering
machine of the Loan Officer during the client specified transfer
hours will not be credited back.
